With our clients we sign a public deed in front of a notary to give them the right of a legal long term lease which is written into the property register. In this way our clients have a legal guarantee to enjoy the property and all the communal onsite facilities and services. This is the main difference between our company and a standard real estate developer.

- In all aspects of this contract, the right of “long term lease” is binding and consecutive.

- The security of this legal contract is guaranteed and binding as the client is named in the property register and on the deeds of the property.

- Depending on the duration of the lease, a part of the initial deposit will be refunded. In the case that the owner dies, part of the deposit will be refunded to his/her beneficiaries.
